A pioneer is founded. With a vision for better light, Mr. Ekachai Leelapattanaputi founds the company in Bangkok, becoming the first manufacturer of downlights in Thailand.
Going international. VewaLight ships its first export orders to the Middle East, the start of a truly global customer base.
On the world stage. VewaLight exhibits for the first time at Light + Building in Frankfurt, the lighting industry's flagship fair.
A partnership with Philips. VewaLight becomes an OEM manufacturing partner to Philips Thailand, producing to global quality standards.
Manufacturing for the US. OEM assembly begins for the United States market, backed by ETL and UL certified production lines.
20+ countries and counting. Today, VewaLight's fixtures reach customers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and South America.
Three production buildings spanning 11,700 square metres turn out more than 200,000 fixtures a month, running on automated, ISO 9001:2015-certified lines, with safety-first training for every technician on the floor.
We prioritise hiring locally, run regular safety drills, and work to reduce waste across our production lines, with many of our technicians staying on for decades.
